2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an active account on the bt9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. bt9 enforces this requirement at registration and during periodic account verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and scripts may not register or operate accounts on the bt9 platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and any additional verification documents requested by bt9.
- You must not be self-excluded from the bt9 platform or any associated gambling platform.
- You must not have previously had a bt9 account closed for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one bt9 account only. bt9 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method matching, and identity document verification. Where duplicate accounts are detected:
- All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed;
- Any bonus credits held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full;
- bt9 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal requests pending while a duplicate account investigation is ongoing;
- In cases of deliberate fraudulent registration, the player's primary account may also be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt9 account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. bt9 will treat any instruction received from a logged-in account as an instruction from the registered account holder. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bt9 support at [email protected] immediately. bt9 will never ask you for your mobile banking PIN, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or Rocket PIN under any circumstances.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
bt9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Verification documents may be requested before processing any withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is satisfied.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bt9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL), and Visa or Mastercard cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bt9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the bt9 account holder.
3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. bt9 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion. Players will be notified of any changes to their applicable limits via their registered account.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed during bt9 operational hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed from the next available processing window. bt9 aims to complete withdrawal processing within two to four hours of approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfers may take one to three business days. bt9 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
3.4 Currency and Conversion
All bt9 account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated exclusively in BDT. bt9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions. Any currency conversion that occurs outside the bt9 platform (for example, if a player uses an internationally issued card) is the sole responsibility of the cardholder and their issuing bank.
3.5 Failed and Reversed Transactions
In the event that a deposit transaction is initiated but not credited to your bt9 wallet within 15 minutes, you should contact bt9 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. bt9 will investigate and, if the funds were successfully received, credit your account within 24 hours. bt9 is not liable for deposits lost due to incorrect account numbers or mobile numbers entered by the player.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Daily Reload Bonus
bt9's daily reload bonus is credited to eligible accounts once every 24 hours, resetting at midnight BST. The bonus amount and any applicable wagering requirements are published in the promotions section of the bt9 platform and may be updated without prior notice. The daily reload bonus is available to accounts in good standing that have completed at least one verified deposit.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses issued by bt9 are subject to the following general conditions:

- Players who hold multiple accounts, use VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engage in matched betting, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse will forfeit all bonus balances and may have their account permanently closed.
- Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unexpired bonus balances that remain unwagered at expiry are automatically removed from the account.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
bt9 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Indicators of abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, systematically placing bets at or near the minimum bet amount to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and coordinating with other players to split bonus value. Where abuse is detected, bt9 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and permanently close the account without prior notice.
5. Betting Rules and Casino Game Rules
5.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on the bt9 platform are subject to bt9's published betting rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. Key principles include:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bt9 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a technical error.
- In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays during periods of high traffic. bt9 does not guarantee that in-play bets will be accepted at the displayed odds if market conditions change between the time of submission and acceptance.
- Cricket bets follow the rules of the governing body of the relevant tournament (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or other applicable body). In the event of a match being shortened by weather, the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable.
- bt9 reserves the right to void bets on any market if evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns is detected. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
- Maximum payout limits per event, per market type, and per account tier apply. These limits are available upon request from bt9 support.
5.2 Casino and Live Casino Games
Casino games available on the bt9 platform, including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, are subject to the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. bt9 is not the game developer and accepts no liability for game malfunctions caused by the game provider's software. 5.3 Slot Games

5.4 Technical Malfunctions

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure

7. Limitation of Liability, Privacy, and Disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt9's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the platform, or any product or service offered through it shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the player's bt9 wallet at the time the claim arises. bt9 is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated savings; losses arising from internet connectivity failures; or losses resulting from the player's own errors (including incorrect payment details or account credentials).
7.2 Privacy and Data
bt9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. 7.3 Dispute Resolution

7.5 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bt9's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. bt9 operates as a global digital platform serving Bangladeshi players; it is the player's responsibility to ensure that accessing the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with bt9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bt9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
8.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
8.3 Waiver

8.4 Assignment
